The reporting of ROI for SEO and Social Media services is murky at best. That’s why compiling weekly and monthly reports for clients is one of the most time-consuming, frustrating, and yet rewarding parts of a search engine optimizer’s job. Unless you operate within a certain niche, it’s unlikely that you have two clients who offer the same type of service – which is no bad thing.
